You can sign up on this website, call the U.S. Treasury Electronic Payment Solution Center at (800) 333-1795, Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST for assistance, or visit your local Social Security Administration office (this is usually required when a nursing facility is establishing representative payee status on behalf of a patient).
Please note:
Treasury’s regulation 31 CFR Part 210 permits payments to Skilled Nursing Facilities' Resident Trust Accounts.
