Despite the risks, millions of senior citizens, people with disabilities and others still receive their payments by paper check. Urge federal benefit check recipients to protect their money from financial crimes by switching now to electronic payments. In doing so, you will also help ensure they experience a smooth transition to electronic payments ahead of the March 1, 2013, deadline.
